Brewery Taproom
We brew all of our beer on-site in 200 liter batches making us the smallest brewpub in Copenhagen, and one of the smallest commercial breweries in Denmark. But from brewing, to fermentation, to temperature control and kegging/ bottling, we have top-notch professional equipment ensuring that we make great beer time and again.
The advantage of being small is that we can make all of our beer using the very best and freshest ingredients without worrying so much about making the exact same thing twice. We regularly brew brand new beers and are constantly adjusting our recipes meaning there will always be something fresh and new on tap.
Our taproom at Ålborggade 20 offers 10 of our handcrafted beers and ciders on draft, and with less than 2 meters distance from our production to your glass, you will always enjoy the freshest possible beer. While our taps rotate on a regular basis, you can generally expect a lighter offering (pilsner, blonde ale or wheat), a hoppy choice (pale ale, IPA), a dark beer (porter, stout), a cider (apple, pear, black currant), and a specialty beer (seasonal and new recipes).
If you’ve ever stood at the menu in a large beer bar a bit confused by 20 or more choices (we certainly have), the idea in our taproom is to keep things simple. We create recipes that we love and then carefully select the beers and ciders of the day. We think it’s the perfect balance between variety and simplicity. Hope you agree!
