Join us today for a very special beer release and a super fun milestone in our ongoing collaboration with Juno the Bakery.

For over 2 years we have had the pleasure of brewing a beer specially for Juno, where a big part of the fun has been evolving the recipe over time and adjusting it seasonally to best complement their amazing rugbrød.

Now we are very excited to present a beer brewed with that very same bread - substituting over 8 kilos of rugbrød directly for malt - the circle is now complete and the result is one amazing beer:

🍺 "Rugbrød Porter" is flavourful, complex and balanced, with layered notes of chocolate and of course rugbrød. 5,3%

Our friend @noaherhun from Juno will be dropping in, so join us if you want to talk bread, beer, the meaning of life (quite possibly the same thing 😉), or just about anything in between 🍺🥖❤️

Celebrating 1 year of VæltePeders

With 3 🥇 and 1 🥈 medal 🤯

When we set out on this amazing collaboration just over 1 year ago, we of course wanted to showcase the best hazy IPAs that we could make.

And wow, we are just so proud and humbled that you seem to agree 😀

The VæltePeders series collected gold and silver in the "Hazy IPA" category, plus gold for our New Zealand version, and gold for the Session IPA.

But we won't rest there, VæltePeders V10 is coming soon, our first DIPA in the series, and that's also something to celebrate 🍻

What a fun week!!!

From brewing an exciting collab on Tuesday, to a truly awesome festival Friday and Saturday, it was a week full of good times, great people and amazing beer.

A huge thanks to @fanoebryghus and @strongbeerfestival for hosting us!

More info to come on the beer we made together, but just to warn you, some patience will be required (and eventually rewarded 😉)

🍺"Toy Robot 3" is a big, thick and rich blend of barleywine and stout aged 14 months in a small format barrel from our friends at Thy Whisky. Lovely notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and whisky in a well balanced blend. This is our third in the series and you know what they say... the third time's... not to be missed 😉. 10,5%

Our awesome collab with @peoplelikeusdk lands on Baltic Porter Day 2026 at Ålborggade this Saturday, in (wait for it) not 1, but 2 versions 🍻

🍺 "Dark Days" is smooth and balanced with lovely notes of dark chocolate and coffee, and a hint of bitterness, light bodied and drinkable. 8,4% abv

🍺 "Dark Days 2 Cacao Edition" is also smooth and balanced, but doubling down on the chocolate notes, it's infused with organic cacao nibs. 8,4% abv

On the day we'll offer a special tasting option with a 20cl glass of each for 80kr, so grab your chance to try them side-by-side 😀

🍺"Rainfall" is a big, thick and rich stout made with Danish honey, bourbon barrel aged for 12 months, and loaded with the best vanilla around. 12%
