What a blast!!!

We had the absolute pleasure of hosting Timmy from @barreltheory last Thursday. A great afternoon warming up to MBCC, hanging out, swapping stories, and we also managed to make a beer 😀

In proper collab style, we're going a bit over the top for this double hazy IPA using the best Citra T90, Nelson Sauvin T90, and Riwaka Amplifier pellets we could get our hands on. Just wait, the total hop rate is going to be mad 🤯

More details on the release coming soon...

And if the beer wasn't already special enough, on the night you will get the chance to taste a chocolate made directly from the cacao nibs infused into the beer - so a beer infused chocolate served with the beer it was infused with 🤯

Join us today for a very special beer release and a super fun milestone in our ongoing collaboration with Juno the Bakery.

For over 2 years we have had the pleasure of brewing a beer specially for Juno, where a big part of the fun has been evolving the recipe over time and adjusting it seasonally to best complement their amazing rugbrød.

Now we are very excited to present a beer brewed with that very same bread - substituting over 8 kilos of rugbrød directly for malt - the circle is now complete and the result is one amazing beer:

🍺 "Rugbrød Porter" is flavourful, complex and balanced, with layered notes of chocolate and of course rugbrød. 5,3%

Our friend @noaherhun from Juno will be dropping in, so join us if you want to talk bread, beer, the meaning of life (quite possibly the same thing 😉), or just about anything in between 🍺🥖❤️

Available on draft only 😀

Celebrating 1 year of VæltePeders

With 3 🥇 and 1 🥈 medal 🤯

When we set out on this amazing collaboration just over 1 year ago, we of course wanted to showcase the best hazy IPAs that we could make.

And wow, we are just so proud and humbled that you seem to agree 😀

The VæltePeders series collected gold and silver in the "Hazy IPA" category, plus gold for our New Zealand version, and gold for the Session IPA.

But we won't rest there, VæltePeders V10 is coming soon, our first DIPA in the series, and that's also something to celebrate 🍻

What a fun week!!!

From brewing an exciting collab on Tuesday, to a truly awesome festival Friday and Saturday, it was a week full of good times, great people and amazing beer.

A huge thanks to @fanoebryghus and @strongbeerfestival for hosting us!

More info to come on the beer we made together, but just to warn you, some patience will be required (and eventually rewarded 😉)

A follow up collab here at Bicycle is in the works as well, so stay 📺

Bicycle on Fanø 😀 Getting warmed up for @strongbe
