Cidery & Bar
At our cidery we produce a range of certified organic ciders on-site including apple, pear and black currant using premium local fruit. We are a super small batch producer meaning all of our ciders are super fresh and sell out quickly.
We approach cider making as beer brewers and tend to use techniques, yeasts and other ingredients based on our many years of brewing experience. We combine this strong beer perspective with some more traditional cider and wine making methods, bringing what we think is the best of both worlds to our own personal take on cider.
At our Cidery, we have 10 taps of Bicycle beer and cider as well as guest beer, cider and natural wine. We also offer an ever changing selection of bottles and cans to-go or to-stay.
