🍺"Toy Robot 3" is a big, thick and rich blend of barleywine and stout aged 14 months in a small format barrel from our friends at Thy Whisky. Lovely notes of dried fruit, dark chocolate, and whisky in a well balanced blend. This is our third in the series and you know what they say... the third time's... not to be missed 😉. 10,5%

Our awesome collab with @peoplelikeusdk lands on Baltic Porter Day 2026 at Ålborggade this Saturday, in (wait for it) not 1, but 2 versions 🍻

🍺 "Dark Days" is smooth and balanced with lovely notes of dark chocolate and coffee, and a hint of bitterness, light bodied and drinkable. 8,4% abv

🍺 "Dark Days 2 Cacao Edition" is also smooth and balanced, but doubling down on the chocolate notes, it's infused with organic cacao nibs. 8,4% abv

On the day we'll offer a special tasting option with a 20cl glass of each for 80kr, so grab your chance to try them side-by-side 😀

Join us Friday with friends @beantobite for an amazing barrel aged vanilla stout release and get the chance to taste it alongside a variety of incredible bean-to-bar chocolates.

🍺"Rainfall" is a big, thick and rich stout made with Danish honey, bourbon barrel aged for 12 months, and loaded with the best vanilla around. 12%

Available on draft, a small number of bottles, and as a special chocolate pairing until sold out.

🍺 "Night Highway" is smooth, complex and balanced barleywine with notes of dried fruit, honey, whisky and oak. Sweet up front, but ending with a touch of bitterness. A blend of 2 of our barleywines, a 2022 vintage and a 2023 vintage, aged for 12 months in a small format whisky barrel. 9,5% abv

Be the first to taste it on draft, with a limited number of bottles also available to-go 🚶‍♀️‍➡️

We made a big 🌊 at the recent Danske Ølentusiaster festival with this unique cider/ desert wine hybrid and got loads of amazing feedback. Unfortunately, not everyone got to taste it when we sold out 🥲

People have been asking about it since and we are now thrilled to release a limited number of bottles on Wednesday.

🍎"Maple Apple Ice Wine" is a smooth, rich, and sweet sparkling apple desert wine aged 9 months in a maple syrup, former whiskey barrel. Complex notes of apple, oak, whiskey and maple syrup with balanced sweetness and a hint of acidity.

Made with organic Danish apples and organic Canadian dark maple syrup. 12,6% abv.
