We also made a beer 😉

It was a full house in our tiny brewpub on Wednesday with some of the best people around. A truly fun day with both old friends and new, full of stories, laughs, good food, and great beer.

It's going to take some patience, but expect the results to be amazing. This is the biggest beer we've made yet, and what better breweries to make it with.

A super fresh and fruity sour Berliner Weisse made with apricot and peach. 5,5% abv.

🍺 Long Rye'd Home
A smooth, full-bodied, and fruity rye DIPA, intensely hoppy with a big burst of ripe tropical fruity and a touch of bitterness for balance. 7,6% abv. Collab with @thyras_bryg

🍺 Spelt Dads (Friday only)
A rich and intense wheat wine made with all local ingredients and aged 14 months in small format barrels from @thywhisky Nominated as beer of the year by @beerbloggers.dk 13,4% abv. Collab with @foragerbrewery @pleasantistreet @ollebrodre

🍺 Vanilla Jungle (Saturday only)
A silky smooth and sweet stout made with loads of Tahitian vanilla beans and Danish spring honey. 9,5% abv.

🍷 Black Currant Apple Cider (Øko)
A blend of organic black currant and apple. Robust and fruity with balanced sweetness. 6,0% abv.

🥂 Maple Apple Ice Wine (Øko)
A smooth, rich, and balanced sparkling apple ice wine aged in a maple syrup former whiskey barrel. Complex notes of apple, oak, whiskey and maple syrup with balanced sweetness and a hint of acidity. 12,6% abv.

VæltePeders Hazy IPA 💥🍺

We had been talking for a while about making a beer with our good friends @pederscph and in proper collab style, we went a little crazy when the brew day finally came around, using a whopping 45% oats and over 30 grams per liter of best Citra, Mosaic, and Nectaron hops we could get our hands on.

The awesome result is Væltepeders Hazy IPA, a super smooth, juicy, and intensely hoppy IPA with notes of citrus and tropical fruit, balanced nicely with a touch of dankness and a hint of bitterness.

🍺 "Eruption 2" is smooth, rich, and balanced with big coconut and dark chocolate notes. We wanted to revisit a great stout from 2024 and go even bigger this time. Building on our original "Eruption" we added more coconut and now organic cacao nibs to give even stronger dark chocolate notes. 11,0% abv

"Blizzard" is a thick, rich, and sweet double mash imperial pastry stout made with Danish honey and a crazy amount of mango. 12,1% abv

Never had a mango stout before? Neither had we 🤷‍♂️
