Payment, shipping and returns
PAYMENT
We accept payment in the shop and at the tasting room by cash, MobilePay, Dankort and international credit cards including Visa and Mastercard. For online payments, we accept Google Pay, Dankort and Visa and Mastercard. For online purchases, once the purchased items have been shipped we will charge your account. We do not take a fee for using credit and debit cards but fees may apply to cards issued outside the EU.
All listed prices include 25% V.A.T.
SHIPPING
We ship in Denmark by bicycle, PostNord and others. Expected delivery in Denmark within 2-4 weekdays. For European shipping, please contact us for more details: info (at) bikebrewing.com. Sorry we do not ship to the United Kingdom.
RETURNS
As per regulation, for items that are food and drink goods, Bicycle Brewing does not grant a right of withdrawal.
Per EU regulation, consumers can exercise their right to cancel the purchase of merchandise/non-food items within 2 weeks from the date of receiving the items. If you wish to exercise your online return right, please let us know by sending an email to: info (at) bikebrewing.com. Refusing receipt of the items without notifying Bicycle Brewing does not constitute the right of return.
We will refund the purchase amount. Any costs arising from the return, including damages, will not be refunded when exercising the right to cancel the purchase.
When making returns, please bear in mind that items must be returned in the same condition as when you received them. The right of return does not apply to food and drink items.
In the rare case of a defective or wrong item we will of course include the return costs in the refund. If you have received a defective or wrong item and decide to return it to us by post, remember to enclose or email us the receipt of the postage expenses to return the package. Once we have inspected the condition of the items, we will reimburse the cost of the returned items and the corresponding postage and return expenses and send you an email to inform you about the refund of your order. The refund will be made via the same payment method used to purchase the item and depending on your bank, this can vary from 3 to 12 working days from when we receive your return.
